Child Sexual Exploitation
This teaching curriculum will empower staff and volunteers to take action around sexual misconduct in the church. We explore how the abuse of power can manifest itself with children. You will learn warning signs to identify those with harmful intentions towards children and be introduced to “grooming”, the term used for assailants who work incredibly hard to gain the trust of children to sexually abuse.
